Pakistan Reduces Duty on Imports from Uzbekistan

The federal government has announced tariff concessions on the import of 90 items from Uzbekistan, including concessionary rates of Customs Duty (CD), Additional Customs Duty (ACD), and Regulatory Duty (RD), effective August 14, 2026.

A notification has been issued by the FBR under the Pakistan-Uzbekistan Preferential Trade Expansion Agreement.

According to S.R.O. 1349(I)/2026 issued by the Federal Board of Revenue on Saturday, the federal government has introduced amendments to its Notification No. S.R.O. 329(I)/2023.

The FBR has also notified the extent of exemptions from Customs Duty, Additional Customs Duty (ACD), and Regulatory Duty (RD) on the import of these items.
