JazzWorld hosted Kids’ Day at Office at its Islamabad headquarters. The two-day event welcomed employees’ children for an experience focused on workplace discovery, technology, creativity and entertainment.
The initiative featured separate activities for children aged 4–8 and 9–11. It gave young participants a chance to explore their parents’ workplace and learn more about JazzWorld.
Children Explore the Workplace
During the event, children explored the office and interacted with different teams. They also took part in technology and creative activities designed for their age groups.
A Mini Workday introduced children to different parts of the workplace. It helped them understand where their parents spend their working day and what kind of work they do.
The activities also showed children how JazzWorld teams work together and develop new ideas.
Technology and AI Take Centre Stage
Technology and artificial intelligence also featured in the programme.
Interactive sessions introduced children to everyday uses of technology. The activities also showed how people can turn ideas into practical solutions.
The sessions encouraged children to ask questions, experiment and explore. They also made technology easier for young participants to understand.
Creativity, Games and Entertainment
The event offered a wide range of creative and recreational activities. Children took part in LEGO building, clay modelling and interactive creative stations.
Carnival games and different challenges added more entertainment to the experience. Live performances also gave children opportunities to play and interact with one another.
The programme combined learning and entertainment in an engaging environment.
JazzWorld Highlights Family Connection
Commenting on the initiative, Tazeen Shahid, Chief People Officer at JazzWorld, said, “Our people are at the heart of JazzWorld, and their families are an important part of our community.”
She added that Kids’ Day at Office gave colleagues an opportunity to share part of their world with their children. The event also introduced young minds to technology, creativity and innovation.
“We hope the experience encourages them to stay curious, explore new ideas and imagine the possibilities ahead,” Shahid said.
Kids Receive Special JazzWorld Kits
The event also offered kid-friendly meals, snacks and treats. Each participating child received a special JazzWorld kit as a keepsake from the experience.
Kids’ Day at Office reflects JazzWorld’s focus on a workplace culture that values employees and their families.
By opening its workplace to the next generation, JazzWorld gave children a closer look at their parents’ professional lives. The initiative also allowed them to learn, create and enjoy new experiences together.
