Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has removed Captain (Retd) Saif Anjum from his post as Secretary Industries and Production Division.
According to a notification issuued by the Cabinet Division a short while ago, Anjum has been transferred and directed to report to the Establishment Division with immediate effect and until further orders.
Anjum is a BS-22 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service.
Saif Anjum has served in various Senior Administrative Positions at the Federal as well as Provincial Government. He has also served as Secretary, Aviation Division, Special Secretary, Interior Division, Secretary Environment Protection, Additional Charge for the post of Secretary, Transport Department, Secretary Irrigation, Special Secretary and Additional Secretary of Home Department, Government of Punjab, District Coordination Officer, Okara.
He also served as Director General Sasti Roti Authority and PSO to Chief Minister, Punjab.
