Pakistan and India have been placed in the same group for the Women’s T20 Asia Cup 2026. Their group-stage clash will take place on September 5 in Dubai.
The eight-team tournament will run from August 28 to September 13. All 15 matches will take place at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
Defending champions India are in Group A alongside Pakistan, Thailand and Hong Kong, China. Meanwhile, Group B includes Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates.
Pakistan’s group-stage fixtures
Pakistan will open their campaign against Thailand on September 1.
They will face India on September 5. Their final group match will be against Hong Kong, China on September 7.
The tournament will begin with Thailand facing Hong Kong, China on August 28.
Other group-stage fixtures include Sri Lanka vs UAE on August 29, India vs Thailand on August 30, Bangladesh vs Indonesia on August 31, Sri Lanka vs Indonesia on September 2, India vs Hong Kong, China on September 3, UAE vs Indonesia on September 4, Sri Lanka vs Bangladesh on September 6, and Bangladesh vs UAE on September 8.
Knockout stage
Each team will play the other sides in its group once during the league stage. The top two teams from each group will progress to the semi-finals, which are scheduled for September 10 and 11.
The first semi-final will feature A1 against B2 on September 10. The second semi-final will see A2 face B1 on September 11. The final will take place on September 13.
