The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has confirmed Pakistan’s home schedule from October 9 to November 21. The programme features Sri Lanka and England across T20Is, ODIs, and Tests.
Sri Lanka will begin the tour with a three-match T20I series. England will then join Pakistan and Sri Lanka for an ODI tri-series.
The schedule also includes two Test matches against Sri Lanka. The Tests will count toward the ICC World Test Championship 2025-27.
Sri Lanka T20I Series
Sri Lanka will open the tour with three T20Is against Pakistan. All three matches will take place at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
Pakistan will face Sri Lanka on October 9. The second T20I will follow on October 11.
The teams will meet for the final T20I on October 13.
ODI Tri-Series Begins
England will join Pakistan and Sri Lanka for a seven-match ODI tri-series.
Pakistan will face Sri Lanka in the opening match on October 18 in Rawalpindi. Pakistan will then take on England on October 20.
Sri Lanka and England will meet on October 22. The tournament will then move to Lahore.
Gaddafi Stadium will host the remaining league matches and the final.
Final League Matches in Lahore
Pakistan will face England again on October 25. The team will then play Sri Lanka on October 27.
Sri Lanka will meet England in the final league match on October 29.
The top two teams will reach the final. They will compete for the title at Gaddafi Stadium on October 31.
The ODI event will mark Pakistan’s second consecutive home tri-series. The PCB hosted New Zealand and South Africa in a similar tournament before the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
Sri Lanka Tests Follow
Sri Lanka will play a three-day warm-up match in Islamabad after the ODI tri-series. The game will run from November 4 to 6.
The visitors will then face Pakistan in a two-match Test series. The first Test will take place at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium from November 9 to 13.
The teams will move to Lahore for the second Test. Gaddafi Stadium will host the match from November 17 to 21.
Tests Part of World Test Championship
The two Tests will count toward the ICC World Test Championship 2025-27 cycle.
The PCB said this series will mark Pakistan’s second home assignment in the current World Test Championship cycle.
Pakistan’s home season will therefore feature three T20Is, seven ODIs, and two Tests. Fans can expect a busy month of international cricket across Rawalpindi, Lahore, and Islamabad.
