The Punjab administration has announced the closure of theater halls and cinemas across the province in respect of Eid Milad-un-Nabi.
No stage dramas or entertainment shows will be held at any theater hall in Lahore or other cities of Punjab during the closure period.
The Punjab Council of the Arts has issued an official notification regarding the closure of theater halls across the province.
According to the notification, cinema halls will also remain closed along with theaters on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi.
The decision applies to entertainment venues across Punjab as part of arrangements to observe the religious occasion.
